关于D/P付款方式，可信吗？ 付款

这是来自一个“骗子国家”的客户的邮件，是关于他们说的D/P付款方式的，其实我一点都不相信D/P，觉得不可做。但这客户也真够下功夫的，给我写了这么长的信，但我还是不相信他，我不知道下一步怎么办了。贴出来大家看看吧：
Dear XXX,

Infact, payment is the key-point of business and once we have clarified the point between the two companies, there will no much argument and whatsoever between our two companies and with your full support surely, we are going to achieve better.

Taking it into consideration, we have contacted our Bank over this matter maybe they can do something about your demanding of 30% advance T/T  but after the deliberation between us and our bank over the issue, our bank refuse to make any advance T/T because it is very risky. So the outcome is to implore your esteemed company to re-consider our proposed payment term  and you should not have any doubting of mind about our payment terms which is 100% D/P at sight. Because, according to our banker the best and preferable payment nowadays is only by 100% D/P at sight and even, which the government of Nigeria approved on foreign business transaction and which we guarantee of receiving your full funds without problem.

Furthermore, by going through our previous mails very well, you will realised that we have explained to you in details that this our business transaction will be between your Bank and our Bank. The two bankers will be our intermediary (third party).

When you effect shipment of goods to us, all relevant shipping documents will be hand-over to your bank in your end, through your bank, the documents will be sent to our bank in Nigeria and as soon as the documents arrive our bank in Nigeria, we must firstly settle the payment of your documents before the documents will be released to us. And immediately we paid the money to the bank, the bank will henceforth arrange for T/T transfer of the money into your bankl account in your end.  Even, we assure you that before taking the delivery of goods in our sea port, the money will be credited into your bank account. Please, be rest assured of that.

In this regards, don't entertain any fear at all, but we want you to try us with this our payment terms and see how promptly your money will be transfer into your bank account and after this first business, when you receive your payment for this our first business you will have full confidence in us and you will also like to trade with us more and more.

So please, we want you to use your good office and appeal to your Company Management to consider us and accept our payment term by 100% D/P AT SIGHT DRAFT so that our business relationship will not be jeopardized just like that.

Pls, send us another reversed P/invoice for same order base on 100% D/P AT SIGHT.
